Alvin W. French, RA, NCARB
Principal
Mr. French is a Registered Architect and is Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Mr. French has served as Project Manager and Design Director for numerous diversified building projects over his 40 year career. These projects include a wide range of educational, residential, commercial, and institutional facilities throughout the Delmarva area. He is an experienced and creative designer who creates cost effective solutions for each client.

Patrick W. Ryan, AIA, P.P.
Principal
Mr. Ryan is a Registered Architect and Licensed Professional Planner, and is Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Mr. Ryan has an extensive background with the design, planning, and construction follow-through of educational, health care, office and governmental facilities. He has 30 years of experience in programming, master planning, preparation of feasibility studies, design, and the administration of construction contracts on building & site projects that include additions, renovations and new facilities.
He has significant experience in roofing systems evaluation and replacement projects and is a graduate of the Built-Up-Roofing Systems Institute. Mr. Ryan provides services as an expert witness and has been an adjunct instructor at Delaware Tech. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and AIA Delaware where he has served as Vice President, Director, and Chairman of Legislative Affairs. He has served as the President of the Delaware Board of Architects, Chair of numerous committees for the NCARB, and as a member of the NCARB Board of Directors.
Mr. Ryan’s education includes an A.S in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors, from the University of Tennessee. He holds professional licenses in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and New Jersey.
